Service & Repairs
To submit a request for service or repair, please use our Service Request Form.
Semak utilise a skilled network of service technicians, gas fitters, electricians and plumbers across Australia in order to service and repair our appliances. We also have a dedicated in house team which handle repairs, servicing and parts advice.
If you believe your product to be inside the warranty period, please contact us directly using the Service Request Form to lodge your request for Service or Repair where we will issue you a work order number where appropriate and further instructions.
Semak Products manufactured within Australia carry a 2 Years Parts & Labour Warranty (or greater for select lines), whereas imported Semak & Partner (Berjaya, Inoxtrend, Frucosol, Artemis) Products carry a standard 1 Year Parts & Labour Warranty. International Customers should contact Semak directly for any service or repair requests.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
For products outside the warranty period, you may elect to use a local service agent to carry out repairs and/or servicing. Please see a complete listing of service agents below:
